Welcome to Tongxin Software Studio ("we", "us" or "our"), an individual / sole proprietor operating under the laws of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software products and website www.tongxintools.top (the "Service").
By purchasing, downloading or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; and (c) agree to our Privacy Policy.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Our Service provides desktop software utilities including keyboard/click control tools, Excel add-in tools, AI prompt managers and database reporting tools, as listed on our website.
2.2 The Service consists of digital, intangible products. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Because of the immediate-delivery nature of digital products, refunds are subject to the limitations described in Section 4.
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software on your own devices according to the plan you purchased (a one-time permanent-use license or a fixed-term license).
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, resell or redistribute our software. You may not share your license key with third parties.
4.1 All prices are clearly shown on our website and at checkout. All payments are processed through our authorized third-party payment providers (Waffo Pancake and Dodo Payments). We do not store your credit-card details.
4.2 Refund policy:
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email service@tongxintools.top before filing a dispute with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Waffo Pancake and Dodo Payments) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.1 The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of output.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to spreadsheet-operation results. Always back up your files before running batch operations.
8.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or if required by law. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing service@tongxintools.top.
These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Before commencing formal proceedings, please first email service@tongxintools.top to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before the effective date by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.
